BNZ Place was a large and technically diverse project for the Millars Electrical team, covering everything from general lighting and power systems to complex, high-capacity infrastructure.
Key features of the build included a 1000 kVA diesel generator located on Level 13, two UPS systems providing backup to critical services, and a Schneider iLine busduct riser system delivering efficient power distribution across all 13 floors.
Our team completed a full electrical fit-out, from the ground-floor café through to the rooftop event spaces, working across every level to deliver a high-quality result within this premium commercial development.
The building achieved a 6 Star Green Star Design rating, recognising its strong sustainability performance, and the project was awarded a Silver Award at the Master Electricians Awards for projects over $5 million, highlighting the scale, quality, and success of the installation.
